By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Client / Customer: Any individual or entity using our services
  • Services: VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Domain Registration, and related services
  • Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, SLA, and any additional policies
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly, quarterly, annually, or as selected during checkout

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • All activities conducted under your account

UKHostingVPS is not responsible for misuse due to compromised account access.

3. Services & Provisioning

  • Services are activated once payment is successfully received
  • Setup times vary depending on the service type
  • We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue services to improve performance or security

Service specifications are outlined on the website and may change without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or unlawful content
  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Malware, viruses, or hacking attempts
  • Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated material
  • Activities that disrupt network stability

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.

5. Billing, Payments & Taxes

  • All services are billed in advance
  • Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
  • Repeated late payments may lead to account restrictions

You are responsible for all fees associated with your account.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased:

  • VPS and hosting services may be eligible for a limited refund period unless otherwise stated
  • Dedicated servers, setup fees, domain registrations, and add-ons are non-refundable
  • Abuse violations void refund eligibility

Refunds, if approved, are processed using the original payment method.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime commitments, support response times, and service credits are governed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA violations.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

9. Backups & Data Responsibility

  • We may provide optional backup services
  • Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups
  • UKHostingVPS is not liable for data loss under any circumstances

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payment obligations are unmet
  • Legal or regulatory compliance requires action
  • Services are used in a manner that threatens network integrity

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

UKHostingVPS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Data loss, business interruption, or revenue loss
  • Issues caused by third-party services or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UKHostingVPS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service failure due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or network failures.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
